Unique team building experiences

Unique team building experiences... and not a clay pigeon in sight!
Creating unique, exciting, alternative, inspiring and fun teambuilding events has always been at the heart of what we do at Poisson Rouge. Teambuilding events are our currency - it's the paint with which we cover our canvass.
We don't mind if you want to build a bridge out of Lego, ride a quad bike or shoot at small clay discs - we'll even give you the number of someone who can do that for you.
However, if you would rather make your own ice cream, paint a 40 foot Picasso, perform physical comedy in a street theatre, find a 1 carat diamond, cycle through Tuscany on a wine trail, learn to juggle whilst riding a unicycle, make hand made truffle chocolates, do Tai Chi on the lawns of Lake Como or play elephant polo - then your more likely to want to talk to us.
Below are some of the many teambuilding opportunities we offer. There’s quite a few here and if you can’t see what you want - call us anyway because we'll create one specifically for you.

ANTIQUES CHALLENGE

The Antiques Challenge is a teambuilding game based on the BBC’s very popular “Antiques Roadshow”.
Working in teams delegates can first view and carefully handle a wide variety and selection of antiques. Some are real, some are fake, some are old, some are copies, some are junk and some are extremely valuable!
Teams must use their combined intellect, wit, guile and knowledge to try and identify which are the real ones, where they come from, in some cases what their purpose is, how old they are and what they think they are worth.
This activity is perfect for small to medium sized groups up to 100 people and ideally suited as both a stand alone teambuilding activity or an exciting and unusual accompaniment to a lunch or dinner.
The event is hosted by Poisson Rouge’s own Antiques expert.

ART CHALLENGE

The Art Challenge is superb for motivating and bringing groups, teams or individuals together and getting them all to work effectively as one unified team. It is ideal for groups large or small and the end result of this activity is always gobsmackingly, awe-inspiringly brilliant!
The Challenge revolves around teams having to work together to create a giant masterpiece, a painting on a massive scale. The power of this Challenge lies in the fact that the delegates have no idea what they are painting until it is revealed at the end. Often the picture is by a well known artist (Picasso, Leger, Kandinski etc) or it can be a photograph or a uniquely commissioned piece of art specifically for your event.
The impact and significance of the Art Challenge is that it is cleverly designed so that despite everyone’s best intentions they will start off competing with each other as is human nature and will end up organically working together as one unified and very powerful team.
The final result – the painting – will leave them speechless – amazed at what they have achieved. It then serves as a permanent icon to powerful and effective teamwork and can be hung in the head office. On the overview have a look at some of the spectacular results we have seen – they are extremely impressive.
If you have a minimum of 1and half hours and more than say 30 delegates – (there is no maximum) then this is arguably the ultimate teambuilding event.
Oh yes – and it’s also great fun!

Poisson Rouge started life as Red Fish Limited in March 1992. After 8 wonderfully 'whoah... get me off this ride' type years Red Fish matured, put on a beret and dark glasses, lit a Gauloise cigarette and became Poisson Rouge.
