Change the world through Financial Freedom as women? What vision do I have as one entrepreneur applying Success Strategies to change this world? I see peace, prosperity, and a healthy environment for all.

Much like a child amazed by her daily discoveries, I remain in awe of the resources we've been given on this planet. Particularly as the pace of life seemingly hurtles by at mach speed, much of my own true refreshment and renewal come from connecting with the natural world. I feel peace within.

Have you experienced peace while strolling by a gurgling mountain brook, calm tropical beach, formal garden, dense rain forest, green field, or quiet desert? Have you truly felt the natural world - its beauty and all-encompassing grandeur? Many who participate in outdoor activities do so to partake of the fresh air and glory surrounding them - whether hiking, canoeing, skiing, biking, climbing, .........

So why change anything? Because the world is changing and rapidly - global warming, wars, people starving...... Yes, the earth has warmed and cooled before, people have fought wars for centuries, and food has been scarce - but, this is 2008! I propose we get smart and employ some Success Strategies and modern technologies to promote Financial Freedom, Worldwide Wealth and Prosperity - a change that begins with each and every one of us.

We design our lives as entrepreneurs. Can we not extend our lives-by-design to help create a future that gives back to our children and their children? If we feel peace when surrounded by the beauty of nature, does it follow that people in other parts of the world do, too? Would enhancing the environmental health of our planet improve people's well-being and feelings toward one another?

I firmly believe that by helping others attain Financial Freedom, we as women entrepreneurs networking with one another can achieve even greater goals. Here are six Success Strategies we as women entrepreneurs embody and that inherently make us the change the world requires NOW:

1. We have empathy for others, listen to our hearts and then act to help those ready for change as well as those who cannot help themselves.
2. We nurture and protect our loved ones - no matter what other demands are made of us.
3. We pursue personal development, learn from past mistakes, and adjust our future actions accordingly.
4. We empower others to gain freedom and do not seek to steal someone else's thunder.
5. We are natural communicators - understanding more than one point of view and working to resolve differences.
6. We consistently take action and follow our strategic plans to reach our goals.

These Success Strategies are essential to change the world and produce solutions to the issues facing us. The world’s greatest leaders of all time have embodied these traits, too.

1. Empathy rather than apathy. By listening to another’s needs we can refer them to appropriate information, tools, and strategies to move them toward a better life or solution to a specific challenge.
2. Nurture rather than ignore. Caring for others is an important why for taking action to change this world.
3. Learn rather than judge. Remaining open to new ideas and direction helps us understand disparate viewpoints, people of other cultures and backgrounds, as well as our customers’ needs.
4. Empower rather than put down. By bringing out the best in others and ourselves, we literally energize one another.
5. Lead rather than command. By setting an example and living the Golden Rule, others will follow. It does take less muscle power to smile than to frown. Try it.
6. Strategize rather than roam aimlessly. By focusing our efforts and acting on a plan consistently, we reach our goals and dreams one step at a time.
