Being a Savvy Business Woman & Entrepreneur working in a $17 Billion Industry, I have to be a Peak Performer to create Profits!

Here are Five simple, yet powerful Steps I practice, which can lead to the road of Financial Freedom!

GOALS: Have you heard this saying before, “you can plan your trade or trade your plan?” As you plan your day, set goals you want to accomplish. Don’t allow your day to accomplish you! Set your goals in advance, then you’ll have a roadmap to follow. You will be better prepared, right? Also, by setting goals at night for the next day, this will impact your subconscious mind. It will be like having your goals recorded & embedded into your mind. Then your body will follow suit. Sometimes you may not complete your goals & that’s okay. Just add it to your goals for the next day. Setting goals is only one step towards becoming a Peak Performer!

PRIORITIZE: Set priorities based on what you can accomplish by adding to the bottom line… Profits! Ask yourself, are you prioritizing your day with activity or productivity? Make sure you know the difference, so you’re not wasting time. Here are some examples of what Home-Based Business owners might do: (1) Getting ready to get ready ~ to make calls; (2) Organizing your desk; (3) Filing; (4) Taking extended breaks; etc. Does this sound like activity or productivity? Be sure to recognize the difference, because this simple, yet powerful step will determine creating Profits!

FOCUS: When it’s time to work your Home-Based Business, focus on what’s at hand with minimal distractions. Remember, what you focus on is what you’ll get more of. When you’re focused on what’s in front of you in that moment, you’ll create remarkable results! Let me say this again… Focused energy creates results! Therefore, be crystal clear on what you want to accomplish ~ your GOALS! It’s another simple, yet powerful step towards Financial Freedom!

ASSISTANCE: Do you ever feel like you have to know everything about your Home-Based Business… Every little detail? Having this mindset can hinder you from becoming a Peak Performer! We’re all human and sometimes we require assistance from others. Being in the Network Marketing industry allows me to call on others within my organization for help when I need help. Having a great support system in place will elevate your game in the business. You’ll feel at EASE not having to know it all! You’ll have an edge over other Entrepreneur’s without a great support system in place. We’re all human and there will be times when you’ll feel overwhelmed & even frustrated. But, don’t throw in the towel. Make the decision to learn how to ask for help and delegate. Utilize your support system to become a Peak Performer!

DISTRACTIONS: Avoid distractions while working your Home-Based Business! When you are distracted, you are not focused, right? While you’re working, do you have the television and/or the radio playing in the background? I remember the first time I was asked to participate in a 30-day media fast. In case you’re wondering what’s a media fast? It means turning off the television, radio, news, etc. so you’re not distracted with negativity. When you are not distracted & laser-focused, nothing can stop you from creating profits to achieve Financial Freedom!

In closing, make the commitment to be a Peak Performer and utilize these simple, yet powerful steps to create the Profits YOU Deserve! Being a Peak Performer gets you Profits! Profits gets you Financial Freedom!
