Failing In Your Quixtar Business Because "You Don't Have Enough Belief?"

Are you sick and tired of Quixtar telling you that you're failing in your business because "you just don't want it bad enough?" This horrific untruth has to be one of the greatest scams in the history of sales. Thousands of Quixtar distributors everywhere are told that the reason they aren't successful yet is because they just don't have enough belief. All the big players would have you believe that you just have to get to that "breaking point" where you're sick and tired of being sick and tired and then, you'll magically be unstoppable.

So what do you do to get yourself pumped up? You know, get your belief level to an all-time high? I'm guessing you do exactly what your Quixtar upline tells you to do. Which is listen to every motivational CD available and attend every training and seminar possible, including the annual corporate "rally of all rallies" convention event that cannot be missed, even if you can't afford it. You're told that missing this would actually be more expensive to your business in the long run because you'll be so emotionally pumped up and on fire afterwards, that your Quixtar business will literally blow up.

Take a step back and listen to this nonsense! Is this how things are really supposed to work? Is fanatical motivation really the missing ingredient to success? I would answer absolutely not. If you've been working your business for six months to a year and you're still not seeing any kind of results, something is seriously wrong! And I can guarantee it's not your motivation or belief. The very fact that you've hung in there for that long shows your level of determination.

Here's what's so great about the motivational lie and why mlm companies resort to it: They can always get away with using it as a scapegoat because no matter how motivated you are, they can always tell you that you're not motivated enough. And as long as you believe that hogwash, they never have to know what they're talking about and they never have to give you any real, solid answers to your problems.

Network marketing doesn't have to be as hard as most people make it sound. If you're building your Quixtar business correctly, you should start to see some positive results almost immediately. Think of it like this. If you're using a shovel to dig the foundation of a house, when you could be using a bulldozer, then yes, you're going to need a lot of motivation to get the job done.

Do you understand what I'm trying to get at? The more inefficient your system/tools are and the more ineffective your approach is, the harder you're going to have to work to get results. And because of that, you have to make up for it big time with motivation. When you're using the right tools for the job, you're seeing steady, consistent progress and things are trucking along smoothly, motivation becomes almost an afterthought.

Let me ask you this: If you had highly-qualified Quixtar leads to talk to every day that understood what you do, expressed an interest in learning more and in some cases, were even looking forward to speaking with you, do you think that motivation would be a problem for you? I would say absolutely not.

But motivation becomes a major issue when you have to force yourself to pick up that 10,000 lb. phone to call one of your friends from work who you know doesn't give a rip about your business! That's when you need to whip out your handy-dandy Quixtar goal statement and remind yourself exactly why it is you're annoying the heck out of people.

I finally did reach that "magical" turning point in my business where all of a sudden everything started working. I stopped worrying about belief and started concerning myself with the real nuts and bolts of how to market a business. Which is this: Find the people who're looking for what you have, use an effective marketing system to automatically sell to them for you, and then spend your time working with the most qualified ones. In a nutshell, this is what needs to be done in order to be successful with Quixtar and network marketing in general.
