Sales Copy And List Building - How To Tackle These Internet Business Tasks

Are there articles, books, ezines, or products you can recommend to learn how to write very compelling sales copy for a sales letter or newsletter page?

Answer: Michael Fortin has a pretty good membership program that will help you learn how to write compelling sales copy. If you are a beginner then I would recommend first looking at Dan Kennedy's Ultimate Sales Letter product.

My personal favorite books to help you learn how to write attention grabbing sales copy includes an old book called, "The Greatest Sales Letters of All Time" by Dawson . It is not on the bookstore shelf anymore, but you can find it on the Internet. It not only has the greatest sales letters that have been written, but it also gives you the actual sales letters. It tells you how and why they succeeded.

Some of the better copywriters out there that I recommend include:

1. Joe Sugarman. He has awesome copywriting products. He teaches you how to write short stories. He has the book "Triggers" that is great. He also wrote "The Advertising Secrets of the Written Word - The ultimate resource for how to write powerful advertising copy." This is one of my top five picks for how to write sales copy.

2. Ted Nicholas has a great copywriting book as well. He has multiple different books available. Search on Amazon for his books.

Answer: Excellent question because not only did you say "fast", but you said "top quality". This wording affects how I answer the question because there are ways to build lists quickly, but you won't necessarily get top quality.

So let's focus on the fastest way to build a top quality list. The fastest way to build your list is through money.

One method is through Google AdWords which requires you to spend money.

Another method is through solo advertising which also requires that you spend money. Solo ads are where you pay somebody that has a list, newsletter, or group of people in your targeted niche to email out for you. There are places out there whose business model is to run solo ads for other people so they can make money.

If I want to go after authors, speakers, coaches, and consultants with my solo ads then I go to speakernetnews. If I want to find people in the health industry niche, personal development, and self growth market then I go to selfgrowth. If I am looking for people that have a lot of money and are interested in investing then I go to newsmax. If I am looking for people that want Internet marketing or business opportunities then I go to ezines-r-us.

Another method to build a quality list fast is through joint ventures. Find people that have a newsletter or list that is in the same market as yours. Have them mail out for you. You don't pay them like a solo ad, but you do some kind of deal with them.
