Home Rebate Processing Jobs - Where To Find Them

You've probably seen ads and web sites promoting rebate processing at home jobs. They state that "You can make excellent money by working from home processing rebates" and "They have thousands of companies you can process rebates for." and "There is a lot of rebate processing work available, they need help, and nobody will be rejected."

Rebate processing promoters claim that you can make $75 to $100 an hour for just filling in and submitting forms. A high amount of money for easy work without special skills needed should always raise a flag.

What kind of rebates will you process as a rebate processor?

The rebate processing promoters say that "Rebate processors fill out and submit forms for companies who offer rebates and that you will get paid for each form you complete."

So, why is rebate processing a scam?

The rebate processing programs claim that they're looking for people to process rebates for companies. But the ads do not deliver on their promise. They don't provide you with companies to do rebate processing for. Instead of rebate processing work, they will tell you how to promote affiliate programs.

Before getting any rebate processing information, you'll have to pay a fee ranging from $29 to 197 to activate your account and to receive training.

You expect to receive information on processing rebates. You won't be processing rebates for companies. You won't get paid for each form you fill out. The rebate processing promoters are deceiving you and misrepresenting rebate processing. Instead, you're getting affiliate marketing information that involves giving a rebate to your buyer from your own money after you make a sale.

You'll get basic information about affiliate marketing, affiliate networks, and pay per click advertising. And instead of filling out simple forms, they are telling you to promote affiliate products and place ads to sell products.

Here's how you'll process rebates. You'll offer discounts or rebates to motivate people to buy through your affiliate link. You will pay rebates to buyers who buy through your affiliate link.
You'll pay this "rebate" out of your pocket by paying them part of the affiliate commission you'll make when people buy.

You will have to advertise your rebate offer and tell people in the ads that you'll give them a rebate if they purchase with your link. Google adverting is expensive and your advertising may cost more than any commissions you'll get from your sales.

Here's an example. You offer a rebate of $5 on a book that sells for $40 and pays 50% or $20 affiliate commission. When someone buys the book through your affiliate link, you'll make $20 commission and pay your customer a $5 rebate. This is how you'll make $15 per rebate processed! There won't be much profit left - if any - after paying advertising fees. Also, many ebooks sell for less than $40 and pay less than $20 commission.

There is nothing wrong with promoting affiliate programs or finding affiliate programs in Clickbank. But promoting affiliate programs was not what you expected when paying to get rebate processing jobs from home. You expected to fill out forms and get paid for each form you fill out. You didn't expect to pay rebates from your own pocket.

If you want legitimate rebate processing jobs, search for local rebate companies who hire people to process rebates from home. Real rebate processing is data entry work that pays low wages but you don't have to pay to get the work.

Don't fall for this home rebate processing scam. You won't find legitimate rebate processing work online. Real rebate processing jobs are FREE. Save yourself $197 and look at legitimate work at home work instead.
