There is no doubt that the process of job hunting is changing. In past times one would spend their day going from business to business, meeting managers and possibly owners, and applying for a job. Then as history passed, more and more time was spend telephoning companies and then making a visit to them. Now, the internet has streamlined the job hunting process. This could be the deciding factor between getting a call back and getting the trash can. While it may seem repetitive, there are still individuals who are new to the internet and are not familiar with the standards.
