How To Become A Smart Wholesaler!

Selling anything online via wholesaler is one of the easiest and most profitable ways to make money online nowadays. The main thing you need to be concerned about if you want to do something like this; is picking your dropshipper or your wholesaler. Now there is really two ways of going about this. You can either buy products directly from a store that offers wholesale prices, store the products in your home or in a warehouse, and sell them on sites like eBay. Or you could do what millions of other people do and join up with a whole sale dropshipper like that of Salehoo, Shopster or Doba, pay a membership fee, and sell products to people via auction sites without having to store the products yourself. A lot of people choose to do the second option because people don't want to have to deal with storing and shipping the product and when you use sites like Salehoo or Doba you can count on not only finding quality products, but you can also count on them to ship the items for you and store the items as well. If you end up making this a real business, you want to be known for your quality products.

Obviously you want to pick a wholesaler that has high quality products, large varieties of products but also someone that has good reviews amongst its members. The best way to find reviews for sites such as Doba and Salehoo is to simply search online. One thing you have to remember; there will always be bad and there will always be good regarding websites and programs. Your job isn't in finding the perfect one (because they don't exist). Your job is in finding the best one for you at a price you can afford.

For example, with World Wide Brands, the membership is quite expensive, somewhere around $300. But they are supposed to have a really nice array of products and all the dropship wholesalers they use are checked for background information so that YOU can be assured that you will be buying products from people that really will give you the products and not just take your money and run! The last thing you want to do is buy a stock of DVD players, pay $500 and then have the person or company run with your money, right?!? Better be safe than sorry! And yes, this does happen if your not careful!

Another thing you're going to want to check out (if possible) is the actual prices. If you can buy 100 Apple Laptops at Site A for $800 and you can buy 100 Apple Laptops at Site B for $750, that $50 less really does make a difference! Also, make sure you check out shipping prices. Some sites will give you deals or will allow you to have straight up free shipping! Whereas other sites with charge you almost as much per stock for shipping. This means you could end up paying $500 for the products and then $400 for shipping and handling! To me that is outrageous!

And lastly; check out your competitors. If you plan on selling on eBay or wherever else, make sure there aren't 500,000,000 other people selling the same exact thing as you. And if you do find a really good deal and want to take a chance at selling something that LOTS of other people are selling as well, check their prices. If they are offering home audio systems from Bose for $350, cut your prices down just a notch, even $50 makes a huge difference to consumers, believe me!

In the end it's all about common sense and trusting your gut, if something doesn't seem right, it probably isn't. And if you join up with a whole sale dropshipper you can expect to pay a membership of some kind have it be a one time fee or a monthly fee. But if it's a good company and you make a profit, what's a few bucks?!? Remember to have fun. This is a business of course, but it's also important that you don't take things TOO seriously and you that you revel in your success!
