Inexpensive Office Supplies And Equipment

As an Entrepreneur and a person that has a family business enterprise I know how important it is to have the proper products and the best products available to me. I try to be self-consistent in where I purchase my products, but hey, when another website comes along and it truly grabs my attention I normally will alternate over to the new-found site. Higher costs don't always mean high caliber, and this is the type of matter you take notice at with these shops that aren't classified as discount, but by seeing their prices you would think them discount. The top five products I could NOT live without are my desk, chair, printer, laptop computer and telephone. Now, I have compared the prices at these cheaper stores, against the sites I usually buy at and I have to say I am completely guffawed at the cost differences. Pretty much the duplicate products on the cheaper site, and yet they were much cheaper in price!

Like I said above, cheap prices don't necessarily mean cheap quality, especially if they are the same brand you would buy for double the original price than at the cheaper store. Hey, I'm all about being economical. If I can go to Staples and buy a leather chair for $200 or go to the discount store and buy a leather chair for $130, which one do you really think I'm going to choose!?! Plus on some of the big name office equipment stores you will have to pay a fee per shipping and handling unless it's over a certain amount. For example, one of the major sites has a chair for about the same price as the cheaper store for the Managerial Mid-Back Swivel/Tilt Chair, Black Leather/Black Frame, but at the major site they charge almost $100 for shipping and handling alone! The cheaper site doesn't charge shipping and handling at all. It's these small little facets that make a big difference in your life.

And just because a site is less costly doesn't mean they won't have the same brand names as everyone else. Take the Basyx for instance, it's on both sites, but one is cheaper with free shipping and handling. The less expensive site also offers the same supplies and equipment as the big dog stores such as:

Office supplies - Ring-binder, Calendars, Cutting And Measure Devices, Desk Accessories, Folders, Labels, Stamps, Office Accessories, Paper and Printable Media, Staplers, Tape, Composition And Correction Supplies.

Technology - Audio Visual Equipment, Cables Adapters And Power Products, Computer Components, Imaging Provisions, Office Machines, Computer Storage media.

Break room & Janitorial - Facility Maintenance, Fans, Heaters, First Aid Supplies, Carts, Hygiene Products, Safety Device And Hygienic Wear, Paper Towels, Tissues, Waste Baskets And Garbage Bags.

Furniture - Cabinets, Racks, Shelves, Pushcarts And Stands, Chairs And Sofas, Desks And Workstations, Tables.

Seriously these places provide everything you would, could or will ever need or want. What product brands do they have you ask? Alright fine I'll name a few if I must! Xerox, Maxell, Kleenex, Procter & Gamble, etc. And they also have ink toner, I don't know about you but ink gets expensive! Not on these sites! They are at least half of what they are at places like Best Buy and Staples. I mean really, have you heard a point I have made yet that wouldn't make you want to shop at these discount stores? Better in price, Better in quality, free shipping and handling. I don't really think there is a negative facet to these stores, at all, whatsoever. Go see them for yourself. Pick a product or an item you bought from one of the big whig depots and compare it to the less pricier one. I'm sure you will see, exactly what I see!

Nice Article, But truly another way to save on office supplies is to seek out what your looking for and buy that item from a manufacture direct. This will save you big since you will not going have to then pay a retailers markup.

Case in point-I was shopping for file folders and came across a company named AmericanFolder.Com They are an great source since unlike other that sell everything else AmericanFolder.Com just sell folders and the prices I found were very low, plus no matter the size of the order they will ship it for free.

So Yes I agree that a superstore can save you time, but the money savings is seeking out manufactures that sell their items direct.
