My wife is just 5' 4" and she has some 40 Pairs of thigh-highs! Whenever she wears them out (frequently) she has men drooling everywhere!
I would say 1 in 2 cannot contain themselves and make some comment.
I guess I am a very lucky guy! And we have now been married over 20 years!!
