It was about the time I acquainted myself with shyness, but there is no reason to let this go. I was even too shy to have any kind of contact with female species, I just found it very hard to communicate because I kept experiencing anxiety and uncomfortable feelings that shyness was causing me to feel, always feeling like I would say something stupid and humiliate myself or simply did not know what to say, I just could not stop being shy.
Try to make it easier for everyone else and let your conservationists know that you are shy and it will make it much easier for you and the people that you will be talking with, it will relax you and make it much easier to stop being shy. If there is only one thing I can say to myself it is this: No more needs to be said about shyness.
I know this from my own experience, I was a very shy individual right up until last year and it was slowly trowing my social life and my career down the toilet, I knew it but I just could not stop being shy.
If you want to learn to make conversations with strangers then before you go out you have to think of some conversation topics before hand and practice them before you go out, it might sound silly to you but you will be amazed how easier this makes socialising with strangers and fitting into the crowd. These tips personally helped me overcome a large part of my shyness and helped me socialise with my friends and make conversations with strangers.
I supposedly have to grasp stop being shy. It is very daunting to be a shy individual and it is very hard to stop being shy. All my friends used to go out to parties and have fun, go out to social events and other functions while I just stayed home and get pretty down on myself because being shy was holding me back from living my life.
Also if you do not mind drinking alcohol then have one or two drinks and that also does wonders and loosens your tongue and gives you more self confidence, it is true and it always worked for me, I am actually more of a fun person and easier to get on with if I had one or two drinks, it takes away the complexes. Will they ever get this right. My concept is based around my assumption that nobody has a objection about stop being shy.
Shyness Is a real problem and it is actually not an easy problem to overcome, it is very emotionally fuelled feeling that seems extremely hard to battle and there are ways you can stop being so shy but you have to be ready to make some effort and face the anxiety which might sound a bit forward but that is exactly what you have to do to stop being shy and free yourself up from these uncomfortable feelings. I think the possibilities of shyness are really exciting. When you think about your shyness you should keep of it in mind. Sometimes I take things too seriously.
