What Does Paris Have To Offer

The French government have been using the leaseback property scheme for thirty years now and it has proved a good way for the government to encourage investors to help out with their accommodation shortage. Leaseback property also provides excellent opportunities for people with some spare cash to get involved in an investment that could well lead them to a future home, holiday home or long term business.

The leaseback property is popular in Paris but properties are few and far between. However, just outside of Paris is Versailles and Marne La Vallee and they have been providing some great investments through leaseback properties for these past thirty years. So, have there been many changes during that time?

Paris has, for so many years, been the centre of fashion. It was thirty years ago and it still is today thanks to the likes of Christian Dior, Coco Chanel, Jean Paul Gaultier, Christian Lacroix, Nina Ricci and Yves Saint Laurent to name just a few. These designers have truly put Paris at the top of the fashion stakes and it now has a thriving industry surrounding not only the design but also an education system that breeds the designers of tomorrow. Thus, the area is always looking for leaseback property investors to provide accommodation to the students.

Paris is also a hot place for musical concerts and has a place for every type of sounds, from modern to jazz to classical. Thirty years ago when the leaseback property scheme began, users of this were treated to the then modern day sounds of David Bowie. Who? I hear some of you ask. Well, ask your parents. David Bowie was one of the best musicians around in the late 70's and brought one of the more unusual sounds to our ears he was also pretty fit if my memory serves me well.

Today, most Parisian students will be eager to spend their weekends at concerts such as Madonna, Coldplay, or Snoop Dogg. Who, I ask? Such silly names!

Paris is also has a strong cultural element that attracts investors of leaseback property. It can evolve from ultra modern, high tech buildings and events through to the little cobbled back streets of historical Paris. I doesn't take much, simply look up above the shops and take in the cities architecture. It truly is a treat to behold.

Talking of shops - no trip to Paris is complete without a shopping experience. And what an experience it will be! Haute couture is available on every street as well as smaller, bespoke shops that offer trinkets and treats from the arts and crafts specialists from the area.

Paris has been home to a number of artists over the years and evidence of their influence is still abundant throughout France. Many of them, like Toulous Lautrec, made their way to Paris in the hope of making their fame and fortune. Paris still encourages artists of all denominations by providing some of the best artist's schools in the Western World.

It seems that Paris and the surrounding areas began many years ago as the centre of everything fashionable. All that time has managed to achieve is to bring it further and further into the modern world until it is the place to be seen, whether you are into fashion, art, shopping or investing. What better place to invest in a property that gives you somewhere like this to retire later in life.
