This is the type of place you could live comfortably and quietly alone, or the type of place you could bring your children up in. Most all of the homes on the sites I found are pretty darn new as far as years go and the ones that are older (like the historical) are still fixed up and are the types of homes you could imagine seeing yourself in. These home properties in Albemarle County are all different shapes, sizes and locales. I found a few that were on wooded areas, some on the lake, some by the lake and some even looked like they belonged on a plantation in Georgia somewhere! Very beautiful! I learned one very important facet when looking for homes in this area; realty in Albemarle Virginia is always a winning situation. Plus Virginia is just a really nice place to live in, in general. But add some classy homes, a nice atmosphere to live in, and affordability for your price range and you have perfection. All of the site where these homes are located at also have the agents email address and phone number in case you want to talk "shop" and find out more about the home you're interested in or the property that you might want to look at.
Most Realtors are very flexible when it comes to out of states buys, but it's always best to contact the agent and set up an appointment beforehand! These homes are just awesome and once you see the photos you will get a sense of why I'm so excited! Have fun finding your new home!
