What Underlies Ejaculation in Body Building
Very many questions arise when it comes to matters relating to sex and body building. It always leaves people wondering as to whether they all are facts or fiction. These claims wrongly regard sex among body builders as an inconsequential subject.
Ejaculation is a process that involves all the body muscles to a great extent. It affects the muscle strength, relaxation, involvement, coordination and exhaustion levels at the end of each day. Ejaculation therefore remains a great basis of controversial argument and a concern to people working out on body building programs. Some people believe that feeding well is the only option that will help them multitask in the different activities. Yes. Diet is a very important constituent to body building success but not the exclusive concern in muscle development.
Debates have thus run year after year as to whether athletes should have sex regularly and what effect it has on their performance.
Some people believe that in ejaculation there is stimulation of the body muscles that refreshes any exhaustion stress and pressure accumulated during workouts. Sex therefore is said to help an athlete perform better in the next workout or event. Advocates of this school of thought strongly recommend the sex to correspond with workout intensity and rhythm. Their base of argument can be disputed only if there are facts to support the critics. Research on this line of thought is greatly lacking.
What is documented however, is that sex is a process that involves a large network of body muscles. In fact it uses the largest part of the body energy than many other activities. In this relation therefore if we conceive body building as the exhaustion and stimulation of body muscles, then sex might be viewed as an exercise relevant to the bodybuilder's endeavor. Body building though involves workout sessions based on a plan to increase and shape up the muscles. In essence therefore, sex and body building are two activities which tend to have conflicts of interest. After a sexual engagement, testosterone levels increase and this has actually been proved by scientific studies. This is consequent to the sexual stimulation in the body.
This effect is achieved not only by sexual acts but also by viewing explicit and pornographic pictures results to the same. For men it is worse than women, men increase the level through viewing but for women it is through touching. All this is highly correlated to body building because the release of testosterone is done through the body muscles and that testosterone is one of the most powerful natural hormones that compounds body building activity by enhancing performance during workouts.
However, regular sex instead of amplifying body building efforts, curtails the achievements. Body building activities wear out muscles and a body builder has to rest in order to recover. If at the same time he/she engages in sex, instead of resting and recovering, more muscle cells are likely to be lost and injured and or over exhausted, and to make matters worse, this time in a more vigorous way. Overworking muscles wears them out. As such, too much ejaculation will excite the body and entice the feelings but will over-tire the muscles. Normally, body builders' ejaculation should be minimized and the practice should be strategic, but at the same time we cannot hinder them to be natural just like any human. The best thing is to work out a plan on how to strike a balance between the two.
