In my 20's I started gaining weight. No diets worked. And the weight piled on. I didn't understand it. I was a fat girl with a skinny girl inside me dying to get out. But I couldn't no matter what I did.

The diet industry is a multi-billion dollar industry. These companies are in the business to make money, not to make you thin or happy. They spend more money on advertising and marketing than they do a on actually developing a product that works. We have become so brainwashed by the media that we are blinded to the fact that they have been fooling us for decades.
SECRET #2: It's Not Your Fault That You Are Fat!
Toxins, Preservatives, Growth Hormones, MSG, pesticides all equal FAT!
Think about where you get your food. Whether it is seemingly fresh fruits and vegetables, fast food or microwave pizza, the makers of these products all have one goal: To make money. Now would someone make more money if their products were un-edible after a few days or if they had a longer shelf life? Obviously the longer shelf life a product has and the more it can be produced in a short amount of time. The food suppliers then add in preservatives, toxins, hormones etc because it boosts their profits.
