The Most Effective Complementary Treatment for IBS
IBS is an uncomfortable and debilitating condition. It is also unpredictable. You never know when it is going to be at its most vigorous or when it is going to calm down. The symptoms of IBS vary from person to person and from day to day. There is no single IBS cure which can be handed out by your GP and will work for the majority.
