Sinus is the worse sickness that a busy person could have. The people who have sinuses suffer not just small but definitely a lot of pain than you could expect. This is a very common to more people in the world. More and more people suffer worse symptoms because they treat sinus as an ordinary cold that they think they can handle. But people should be aware that sinus is not just an ordinary cold. It is a serious sickness that can affect our whole body.

What you want to prevent more are the worse symptoms that may arise from sinusitis. Sometimes, you will feel headaches that usually surfaces by the time you wake up in the morning or late in the afternoon. It is not a headache you will normally just shrug off. The pain is intensified and annoying. It will limit your day to day activities.

Ear problem is usually from the referred pain that we incur the time we take for granted the early sinus symptoms that we have. Congestion is another irritating symptom that will make you feel weak and lazy to work. You would not want to have a stuffy nose so as much as possible you do not want to have congestion. Aside that this causes constant sneezing, this also causes us not to breath well.

Another worse symptom you do not like to get is allergies. As much as possible, refrain from anything that triggers your allergy, especially at this time when your immune system is weak. This may give you runny and itchy nose. You can again loose your sense of smell with this.

One of the worst symptoms perhaps is developing chronic problems for people with a history of asthma and other hereditary respiratory problems.

Aside from these symptoms, there are many that are not listed in here. You must be aware that the ones listed here are just the common symptoms. Have yourself checked ones in a while so that you would know if you have sinus and you would know what the things to do if you have sinus are.

If you have sinuses, there are possible medications that you can do with the recommendations of your doctor that is.

For those who have an acute sinus, they can take over the counter medicines that are recommended by their doctors. An example of this is the antibiotic that is recommended by the experts.

Chronic sinuses can not be treated by antibiotics. You can have herbal medicines that your doctor suggests. Acupressure and Ayurveda are two natural cures that are sometimes recommended by doctors. Ayurveda is more side effects free. If the sinus patient is too busy to visit a doctor, he can have a home sinus remedies. But these home sinus remedies has strict measures to consider.

These home sinus remedies are just within the kitchen but remember that sinus can not be healed by just a simple water therapy. There are a lot more than that.

Do not take sinusitis for granted. Persistent sinusitis might make you immune to home remedy and medicines. When this happens, your only resolution left is to undergo sinus surgery. These surgeries include functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS), image guided surgery, and Caldwell Luc Operation.

These surgeries may be proven safe but we can never really know for certain once we go under the knife. There are always risks in surgeries and as much as possible, we advise you to veer away from this option.

Do not take your sinus for granted. Treat them as early as possible. Do not wait for the time to come where you would regret having doing nothing about your sinus. Think of the money that you will be putting up to be able to have the said operation. It is big money that you would surely not want to waste right?
