Patio is the area that is very important because patio is the area where members of family can enjoy activities together and it is also the area that gives you personal break or has some rest. Therefore, it is very important to think about any investment that you put money on this area, especially buying furniture for patio. This is because patio is located in outdoor area so you may need kind of furniture that extremely durable and resist to severe temperature and weather changes. The original of teak wood is in tropical zone in Southeast Asia such as Thailand and Indonesia. Therefore, this could make the price of teak wood furniture so expensive. However, there is still a good reason to use teak furniture for patio and other outdoor area.

There are many style and size of patio area, which depends on the size of the house as well as owners’ preference so teak furniture that used for patio should be vary in shape, colour and style too. In fact it is important to choose furniture with some visual weight if that's all you're putting on your patio. In some case you may not interested to have more table set because you already have one, try to arrange them as you prefer. You may try different ways by bring indoor comfort outdoors. For example, you might be interested to bring sofas and settees from inside the house to patio, this is fine because you will have more comfort when you sit and relaxing at patio. But it is strongly recommend that the sofas should be there only for temporary. This is because this kind of furniture could not stay outdoor in permanent basis, they could be damaged by strong sunlight and heavy rain. But the most important thing is you have to consider that you should by only the set that can go with your budget, because buying expensive table set does not guarantee that you will always get good quality furniture.
