What To Do About Water Stains

Most of the time when we talk about water damage, it is usually concerning something that water has made wet or had prolonged contact with. Follow instructions very carefully and use a toilet brush with nylon bristles as you attack these stains.

Lime-away is a stronger cleaning product. This can be used to clean scale deposits on faucets. It is a good idea to clean the screens inside the faucet too. You can do this with Lime-away. Another way to remove the deposits from the faucet screens is to soak them overnight in vinegar, then rinse them and replace them in the faucet. This will make the water flow better and the faucets shine.

Now let's deal with cleaning all these water stains from the bathtub or shower. Liquid comet or lime-away are good products to use for the stains in the bathtub or shower. These products will need to be rinsed thoroughly. It is a good idea to soak shower heads in vinegar overnight to remove build-up and increase water flow. When these hard water stains are removed, make sure to wipe all the surfaces down while they are still wet.
