Whatever your product or service, you have your work cut out for you. Grabbing the attention of the average consumer is rather challenging. It is like predeveloping the sales list in advance, and then providing the goods at the time of need. Since most consumers visit the idea of a purchase anywhere from six to twelve times before actually making a purchase, you have the opportunity to define that situation in advance. While the product or service is important, it doesn't have to be the next big news worthy invention. Provided that you have a product or service that can fill a need, enhance a life, or create some fun, your list is more important. Since spamming is take so seriously, creating the list that will allow you free communication with others without the threat of spam accusations. Once that is established, you can offer up a wide variety of products and services that do any one of the three basics and you should start to see the increase in sales opportunities that you were hoping for. It is a very positive and influential tool that can really enhance your marketing career.

Don't forget the very basics of customer service. Know that your product or service is deliverable, timely, and that your clients are receiving a good value. Always provide at least customer support via email. Phone is better but often a one person show may have difficulty providing good support. Support emails should be answered within the first twenty four hours of receipt in order to maintain good client relations.
