It isn't advisable to enter a list of all the sites you run. You should concentrate on just the one URL. This way all traffic will be directed to the relevant site. If not your wasting your time. To create an article then link to irrelevant websites will ruin your reliability instantly and you are highly likely to be banned from the article directory.

You should not share all your accomplishments. Only provide one or two of your accomplishments that relate most to the article. This way people are more likely to accept that you are for real.

Don't promote irrelevant services or products either because in all likelihood you will be banned from the directory.
