Iron and Wine Tickets - A Fan Filled Performance

If you're a admirer of Iron and Wine, then enjoy their set of headlining dates that are dedicated to their fans with your own Iron and Wine tickets from StubHub. Join in with the other enthusiasts as Sam Beam's talents are showcased on stage starting in March along with a new two disc CD. Throughout March fans are given the opportunity to vote for the songs they'd like to see perform during his five city, ten concert event which starts in May in Seattle and flows through San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago and New York City. That same month Around the Well will appear; a 2-CD/3-LP album with several rare tracks that have never been released before.

Each intimate performance will be specifically made by the fans, who can begin to vote March 6th via Iron and Wine's website for the specific show they plan on attending, which after Seattle's performance continues May 6th and 7th in San Francisco's Swedish American Hall venue, the 8th in Los Angeles's Masonic Hall at Hollywood Forever Cemetery and West Hollywood's Troubadour, Chicago's Lakeshore Theatre and Schuba's Tavern the 12th and 13th, Morrison, Colorado's Red Rocks Amphitheatre (with Flight of the Conchords) on the 16th and New York City's Abrons Arts Center to close it up the 17th and 18th. Even if Iron and Wine tickets aren't possible right now, a live recording website deemed Played Late Night will reveal each city's show just days after the event.

All Around the Well has singles from Beam's debut, 2002's The Creek Drank the Cradle, to his latest set, 2007's The Shepherd's Dog with some initial, completely raw tracks along with a few studio sets that are played with some collaborators and friends. Other singles include covers of the Flaming Lips' "Waitin' for a Superman" and New Order's "Love Vigilante" (enjoy the complete track list below). The album title comes from a line from the group's breakthrough hit, the single "The Trapeze Swinger" that appeared in the film In Good Company. Many fans first learned of Iron and Wine's individuality with the Postal Service "Such Great Heights" cover on the Garden State soundtrack and continued to follow them when they began to appear on more soundtracks and see albums of their own.

Beam, the face of Iron and Wine, recorded his most recent set, 2007's The Shepherd's Dog with longtime producer Brian Deck and Colin Studebaker in his Texas home studio. Its follow up is said to see a release next year after the success of his most commercially successful and production savvy album yet.

Named after a dietary supplement the South Carolina native saw at a general store, the former college cinematography professor was a father to two girls in Miami when a friend and former drummer for Carissa' Weird approached him about his homemade music. The first compilation set appeared in 2000 with Yeti and gained the attention of Sub Pop, which remained Iron and Wine's record label for nearly every disc recorded (minus 2005's In the Reins with saw a collaboration with Calexico).
