Sun City Carnival, the name of his tour, keeps on getting better, with more dates added nearly every week. The Tennessee native loves connecting with his fans, from the ones who follow him to every show to those tailgating in the grass seats at outdoor venues "seeing people out on the lawn with their friends, you know they're out there on a blanket in the cheap seats and they're singing along, meeting new people, totally living everything the summer's supposed to be about," Chesney says. Joining the easy going country boy on stage is Sugarland, Montgomery Gentry, Miranda Lambert and Lady Antebellum, all of whom at some point in their career have won their fair share of awards.
