If you feel drained and your energy level is low after meeting with certain people, you should avoid meeting them in future. On the other hand, if you feel your energy level is higher after meeting with certain people, you may continue to meet with them. Your energy level is affected by different kinds of people. Beware of this fact when you form friendships and relationships.
Participate in healthy conversations - do not talk with those who insult you or make you feel upset or angry. Talk with encouraging and understanding persons. Learn to express your ideas in a calm manner.
Engage yourself in energizing activities - do not engage in activities that tire you out easily. Walk in the woods, dance or sing, etc. Participate only in those activities that make you feel happy. You could try going for weekend picnics or charity balls. Look for activities that would boost your energy.
Avoid wrong foods - there are some foods that make you feel uncomfortable after eating. If you feel uncomfortable after eating fatty foods, avoid eating them completely. They say food has a direct influence on your mood. Too much coffee might make you nervous or irritable. Try to cut down on coffee, instead drink health drinks or fresh fruit juice.
Love your work - If you are not appreciated at work, change your job. Find an employer who would boost your energy. This would help you to be more productive. If you were in a work area where your energy level is low, you would not set your heart at work. How much could you get done in such a place?
Stay in a good atmosphere - you would feel the bad energy in some places and you would feel the good energy in some places. If you are around a lot of people, lot of noise, etc. your energy level is bound to go down. Avoid such crowd and noise. If you stay in a house that make you feel scared or run down, change your house. Move to a well-lit, airy home where your energy and enthusiasm is boosted.
Get out of all negative things and rejuvenate your life with positive things. Live your life with enthusiasm.
