Create Your Success Mindset
Do you ever wonder how two people can have the same intention and try the same things yet only one of them succeed? Is it sheer luck? Could it be their tenacity? Routinely you'll find it's a person's mind-set or attitude that establishes their success or failure.
Your predominant state of mind can evoke such strong subconscious emotions that it translates into what you think about yourself, focus on, and expect from your daily experiences.
Your attitude is what makes the difference. A negative attitude will reduce your hard work to become successful. Why?
A positive mind-set gives you the capability to overlook delays and continue on toward your goals. It gives you the courage to tackle challenges and believe in yourself. It helps you keep obstacles in perspective, rather than feeling intimidated and giving up. Likewise, think positively; expect the best and focus on a successful outcome and you'll welcome positive results.
Pause for a moment and answer this question: Do you really see yourself as a confident, successful person? If you close your eyes and call up an image of yourself, what does that self image look like? Are you passionate about life, willing to speculate and take risks, excited to seize the pleasure and abundance you deserve? Imagine translating this vibrancy into endless opportunities for growth and advancement in life?
If you can't quite see yourself as being successful - or at least having the potential to be successful - it's probably your own negative beliefs that are creating this stumbling block.
The first step to create a success mindset is to realize that it is possible to change any circumstance. And the most difficult step will be your first. You must come out of your comfort zone and look into other possibilities. You must conquer your fear and persevere despite the challenges you encounter.
When you create a success mindset you welcome a boost in your self confidence. You believe in yourself and your capabilities. You believe you can succeed at nearly anything you try, and you're willing to give it your best shot. Even better, the more you try, the more confidence and self-belief you will build - until you're practically unstoppable!
Looking to grab that pot of gold at the end of the rainbow? Well, you might have to hike through a few muddy playing fields to get there. You see, Success does not come easy. It takes a lot of determination, passion and time. But with the right attitude, focused action steps and a solemn vow to never give up, success will be yours. Don't approach your goals with an attitude of "try", only an attitude of get up and DO it!
It may not be easy but nothing is impossible. With a strong willpower on your side you'll be surprised at how much you can accomplish. It is all within your control.
Do you realize that there are people in the world who have survived absolutely horrific experiences, and then went on to become multi-millionaires, set new world records, and positively affect millions of lives? Why can't you do the same?
You absolutely can - if you stop using your obstacles and challenges as an excuse not to try.
Dream and take action to move yourself towards your goals and visions. Take it one step at a time. Remember, even a journey of a thousand miles began with a single step.
