Struggling To Achieve Financial Freedom? Why Identifying Your Beliefs About Money Is Crucial

Working hard or suffering from low self esteem is not conducive to financial freedom goals and it has been proven that it does not take hard work to make money.

Your beliefs about money are the most important thing in determining financial successes. You need to determine what limiting beliefs are holding you back from reaching your goals, and these are a few things you need to consider.

1. Money is something that is hard to come by is something I consider to be true?
2. Hard work is the only way to make money is something I think is true?
3. Earning enough money is something I'm not sure of?
4. All rich people are dishonest is something I believe and I don't want to be dishonest?
5. Prosperous is normal for everybody is another thing I'm not sure about?
6. There's never enough money is a reality for me most of the time?
7. If I just had one good idea, I could be rich?
8. Saving for a rainy day is where my focus is on?
9. How to make money is something some people know but others can't figure out?
10. Money is out there but not anywhere around me?

How do you know if they are true or not depends on what you believe about money and your attitude toward getting it.

Some people were raised believing that money is easy to come by and others think it takes hard work to make money. It depends on what you saw, heard and was proven to you when you were younger by other people like parents and teachers. Since beliefs are from your past experiences, and what you were told over and over again until you started to believe them, your past often can influence how you see your future goals when it comes to financial successes.

To create a belief, internal chatter or self-talk has been shown to be one of the most important parts of forming beliefs. People may not be aware of, that self-talk is the reprogramming of beliefs that has to take place, if you want to change them.

Your reality is what you believe and is dictated by your thoughts. They become the deep down beliefs that drive you in the direction towards or away from your goals and determines what you do to make them real.

To determine what beliefs aren't serving you, you need to determine the beliefs that are not moving you closer toward your goals on a daily basis.

It does not take that long to change beliefs, despite what some people may think. Things that you were told when you were a child aren't necessarily the same things that you believe now, but the problem is that many people hold on to the old beliefs that don't serve them instead of working towards overcoming limiting beliefs.

New beliefs are easy to create.
1. Putting your new belief in writing is a way many people start out.
2. A new belief is just a new story you create in your own words by things you see or experience and wishes you expect to come true.
3. Look for things that fit in with your new beliefs and write them down in a journal. When things work out the way you believe, celebrate the victories, even if they are little ones.
4. A personal mentor helps many people change what they believe and it can be supported by reading books or other media about beliefs in wealth, health and having more than you need.
5. Working with a coach helps support beliefs.
6. Be grateful for the things you have.
