Do you focus on?
· Lack of….
· Not enough
· Negative Uncertainty
· Negative Self Talk Most of the time.

Fact:
We are fed 3000 negative thoughts a day through Radio, News, News Paper, Online and from other people. 1000 of those thoughts are our own.

Example: I can’t go to that event because I can’t afford the gas.

Oh my gosh, there is another _________ (compition) here at the event.

What’s wrong with me? What am I thinking I can’t do this?

Do you physically feel?

* Tense
* Worried
* Frustrade
* Or like you need to be cut throat when faced with competition?
* Do you feel others are judging you?

Ask yourself this question?

Why are you keeping yourself from abundance right now?

4 Steps to increase Thinking & Living Abundantly

1. Make a list of 10 things you don’t want……

Example:

Driving to work every day.
Not having the freedom or power to do as you choose
To get paid what others think I am worth

2. Turn all your Don’t wants to:

WHAT YOU “DO WANT”
and
“I AM” Statements!!!

Example:

· I love watching rush hour on TV while I drink my coffee.
I AM… Working from home.

· I have the power to decide the amount of time I choose.
I AM …. Powerful

· I work and get paid for the efforts of my labor.

I AM… in control of my Financial Freedom

3. FEEL EXCITED AND POSITIVE ABOUT YOUR STAMENTS

· Check out your inner dialogue continuously (1000 times a day if need be)

· Remember you will end up with what you want & What you affirm!.
Never question your “I AM” statements!

This is one place you can’t fake it till you make it…You must believe what you are tell yourself… or your blocking your believe.

* VISUALIZE AND FEEL WHAT YOU WANT, IMAGING HOW YOU WILL FEEL WHEN YOU ARE THERE.

WRITE A JOURNAL EXPLAINING HOW YOUR LIFE FEELS LIVING IN YOUR POTENTIAL!

Try this you just might like it!

* Send your “I AM “statement into the universe by sending your self your “I AM statements in the mail.

4. Expect it to happen !

When you ask yourself “Why” it keeps you stuck”
When you ask yourself “What” it allows you to move forward
