Can You Overcome Fear of Rejection with Subliminal Messages?

Fear of rejection is a common self-confidence problem, and to overcome these issues, several different strategies can be used, including subliminal or peripheral messages.

Many people wonder if subliminal or peripheral messages actually get through to the subconscious mind and affect our behavior. Recent university level studies have shown the greatest evidence yet that the mind both recognizes and accepts subliminal statements. Peripheral messages are also useful. These are statements or comments that are not actually subliminal, because they can be understood (at least to some degree) by the conscious mind.

True subliminal messages cannot be seen or heard consciously. That means that even if you do see or hear them, you will have no knowledge of doing so. But peripheral messages, on the other hand, can at least be partially seen and heard by your conscious mind. In other words you will be aware of the messages, even if you're not exactly sure what they are "telling you."

Research into the subconscious mind suggests that the most reliable way to overcome fear of rejection, and other self-confidence issues, is by initiating a "training period" in which you "re-program" your base-level of confidence and self-acceptance. One powerful way to perform this reprogramming is to use both subliminal and peripheral messages to bombard the subconscious with a detailed description of a new self-image.

Confidence-building programs such as the UltraConfidence System and others take advantage of the power of both subliminal and peripheral reprogramming messages, as well as a variety of NLP-influenced techniques to effectively bombard both the conscious and subconscious mind with a completely different self image -- one based on complete self-acceptance and even self-admiration.

The difference between a person suffering with a fear of rejection, and a person who admires, accepts, respects and even loves himself is obviously very great. One can not expect to succeed in life without a healthy, self-respecting sense of confidence. But because the differences in these two personality types are so great, many people assume that it must be very very difficult to overcome a fear of rejection and build real confidence. In reality, nothing could be further from the truth.

Building confidence, contrary to popular belief, is not something that takes years of struggling and hard work to achieve. In fact, this false belief keeps many people living with a poor self-image because they honestly believe it would take many years of extremely hard self-work to achieve a decent level of confidence.

The above paragraph would certainly be true if (and only if) confidence was built at the level of the conscious mind. But in fact, it is not. Confidence is a product of our subconscious programming, NOT what we consciously say, think or believe about ourselves. And because overcoming fear of rejection and gaining confidence happens at the subconscious level, it doesn't have to be difficult at all.

Subliminal and peripheral messages for reprogramming your self image work largely "behind the scenes" where you're not even aware of them. This is by far the fastest way to change your deepest held beliefs about your self, and establish powerful, respectful self-confidence.

Ironically enough, as your mindset changes away from fear of rejection, and on to self-acceptance and admiration, you often will not even be aware that any changes are taking place. Of course, after several weeks of using programs like this -- containing subliminal and peripheral messages -- the results of your new confident mindset become obvious, and insecurity and fear of rejection become things of the past.
