Mysterious Side-Effect of Network Marketing

Have you heard the latest? There's an odd thing happening to people who join the network marketing industry, and no one really tells you to watch for it when you join, but you'll probably be affected.

It seems that when entrepreneurs start their own network marketing business, they use this to attract business partners. It's kind of spooky, because they tend to morph into someone else. I know, it sounds pretty 'out there', but it's true!

Here's how one man explains it: "One key to successful leadership is continuous personal change. Personal change is a reflection of our inner growth and empowerment." -- Robert E. Quinn

I know this transformation to be true because I’m definitely NOT the person I was when I started in network marketing. I always knew I had great potential, but I didn’t realize how much I was doing, saying and thinking later on that my previous persona NEVER did. I was enabling myself to achieve my dreams.

What do you suppose comes over people when they get into the network marketing business that suddenly has them feeling like anything is possible? I think it's the "why", as they call it in the biz. We're doing it because we have a dream, like Martin Luther King said; a grand dream.

Mike Dooley puts it this way: “A goal or a dream that doesn't challenge the dreamer to become more than they've ever been, to go where they've never gone, or to feel things they've never felt, is actually like wishing for a giant ‘life snooze button’."

Are you aware that our subconscious is our slave? It doesn't know whether what we're thinking about is a memory, something we're currently experiencing, or a future event we're imagining. To our subconscious it's REAL. And once you've firmly planted dreams in your subconscious, it will do what’s necessary to achieve those dreams. Quantum physics has proven this, and it's shaping your life, whether you realize it or not.

All it took was for someone to suggest we listen to some CDs by Jeffery Combs and Jim Rohn and we're hooked. We get on the free teleseminars from the online MLM training schools and can't seem to get enough. We're a parched sponge absorbing everything we hear and it feels wonderful! We feel more alive than we've felt in years. We're excited and can't wait to start building our network marketing business, achieve our dreams and help others do the same.

Then-- one day, we realize that we've changed. We've expanded. We've busted our buttons, moulted like a snake and wear a spiffy new skin. Now we can do things we never knew how to do before. Now we have confidence we never dreamed we'd have.

It's heady stuff, but the changes are so subtle that it may take a year or more for us to realize that we're dramatically different from the new entrepreneur who decided it was time to follow our dreams. We're not only different--we're better! We must BE the kind of person we wish to attract, and the metamorphosis may never end. Finding out just how good we can get is an addictive process, a NEED, that some may never relinquish.

And why would we want to? As Bob Proctor says, "If we're not growing, we're dying." The mere idea of being stagnant becomse SO distasteful that instead of watching sports or reading a magazine, we're only interested in books and CDs for personal development. We’re obsessed with wanting to have every gift imaginable to offer a potential new business partner.

We’re proud of our evolution and are eager to help others achieve their dreams. It’s our way of contributing to mankind, one person at a time. Not a bad side-effect, is it? Collectively, we’re making the world a better place. Sweet dreams.
