Pet Care Home Business

How would like your very own “legitimate” home business? Today we are absolutely overwhelmed with people telling us about home business opportunities. Most of them are not legitimate home business opportunities.

If you are a lover of pets the array of products and service businesses for pet owners is absolutely “limitless.” We all know from our own pet owner experiences just how much we love our pets. They become like our children and our grandchildren. If you follow this logic, you will realize most products that people want for themselves, they want for their pets. You like or want organic food, homeopathic products, luxury accessories, the best of nutritious food, and safe cleaning products for yourself. Most likely, you will want the same kind of items for your beloved pets. Other people are just like you. They want for their pets the same kind of things they want for themselves.

The following is a list of legitimate businesses you can operate from a home office:

· Pooper-Scooper Service: Never thought there might be a need, did you? Well there most certainly is, and you could be prospering right now operating a much-needed service for many, many pet owners. It is an easy business to start. It requires very little investment, minimal equipment to operate, and no special skills. All you need to be able to do is handle a shovel and plastic bags. You will also have to be able to put up with the strong (not so good smelling) aroma of the pet’s waste you scoop. If you grow enough, you can also hire and manage other people to do the actual work for you while you maintain the home office.

· Pet Sitting: Many people would rather leave their cats, dogs and other pets in the familiar surroundings of their own home rather than an unfamiliar boarding environment. When they need or want to be away from home, the best solution is often to hire a pet-sitting service to come to their home and take care of their beloved pets while they’re away.

· Dog Day Care Center: Remember how I said many people think of their pets as their children? Because of this fact, day-care facilities for dogs are becoming more popular. More and more caring dog owners are realizing the benefits of leaving their beloved dogs at day care with other dogs instead of at home alone while they work. Rates per day range from $15 to $35 per day with discounts for weekly service.

· Dog Walking Service: This is a service perfectly suited for the person who has the time, patience and a great love for different breeds of dogs. It is a business that can be started for less than $100. You can use multi-lead dog walking collars and leashes that will allow you to walk three or more dogs at the same time. To attract clients, a simple promotional flier that explains your dog walking service and qualifications is all you need to start. Distribute the flyers to businesses that are visited by dog owners such as groomers, kennels, pet stores, community animal shelters and vets. Once you get the word out, it should not take long to establish a base of 20 or 30 regular clients.

· Dog and Human Supplies Independent Field Representative: Remember again how I told you people like to provide the same kind of things for their pets as they do for themselves. Becoming an Independent Representative for a network marketing company that caters to both humans and animals doubles your opportunity for prospering in a legitimate home-based business. Look for a company that can provide an array of superior quality, safe and effective products that are inspired by nature, informed by science and born of a commitment to improving the health of people pets, and the planet.

These are just a few of the basic home business opportunities available to us today.
