The Information On Wilderness Club Timeshares
The Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge is a Disney Vacation Club Timeshare resort at the Walt Disney World Resort. Announced in 1998, the property first accepted guests in November 2000. There are Studio villas, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom villas available. The Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge are adjacent to Disney's Wilderness Lodge. The Lodge is based on the Pacific Northwest, and the rooms include a kitchen and a living space. The property includes an assortment of pieces of Northwest culture, such as totem poles and geysers.
The villas have several different eating establishments. The Villas have a Disney signature restaurant called the Artist Point. The Artist Point has Pacific Northwest inspired cuisine and is a sitdown restaurant located in the Disney's Wilderness Lodge. The Artist Point serves dinner daily. The Villas also have the Whispering Canyon Cafe, which serves all three meals. The Cafe is located in the Wilderness Lodge Lobby.
The Roaring Forks Snacks is a counter service restaurant located near the resort's pool area. Guests can also order room service which serves the three basic meals, and Miss Jenny's In-room Pizza delivery which serves in room and runs from 4 p.m. til midnight. A refreshment center is located near the pool which has changing hours seasonally.
The Wilderness Lodge is based on an outdoor theme, and has many different outdoor activities in conjunction with the Villas. There are two pools, the Silver Creek Springs and the Hidden Springs. Both offer geyser jets. There are also two spas on the property. Disney also created a man-made geyser based on the famous Old Faithful. A kid's play area called the Cub's Den is located on the property. Children from the ages 4-12 are accepted. An arcade is also on site called the Buttons and Bell Arcade where a high tech assortment of video games and pinball machines are located. This arcade can be found by the Wilderness Lodge Mercantile.
