Cooking Lessons In Puerto Vallarta

On Tuesday June 9th, El Arrayán hosted a cooking class from 10.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. Chef Carmen Porras along with her team began by preparing breakfast and visiting local purveyors. She also provided cooking instruction which followed into the eating session where all the prepared items were to be devoured. The menu included aguachile de camarón con mango, cochinita pibil, refried black beans, and yams with dark sugar and spices. For this amazing tutorial in Puerto Vallarta on the introduction to Mexican cooking, the fee was $85 USD for one person, inclusive of tips.
