Top Five Luxury Hotels Service In The Caribbean
When it comes to hotels abroad it makes sense to go for something that is of good value for money and promises the best services of an expensive hotel. Unfortunately it is not easy to find a dream-like accommodation such as these, however they do lurk about in your chosen regions it is just a matter of finding them. One of the more popular destinations for a relaxing and warm holiday are one of the Caribbean islands, where the Caribbean luxury hotels never fail to impress.
Top Caribbean luxury hotels are not necessarily the most expensive ones, and are not usually the ones that have a lot of stars by them. The best hotels usually live up to their promises offering just what their service descriptions have stated and then offer a few surprises along the way. Some may face the dilemma of opting for a hotel that may have everything included in their prices, which means that all meals, entertainment bar facilities maybe included in the package.
However this is not about naming which five Caribbean luxury hotels are the best ones to stay at. Instead this is about finding the top five services in a luxury hotel that people should look towards booking, rather than taking second best services. After all it is better to know what you are spending your money on rather than going for a standard package when you do not know what a standard package includes.
The normal way of deciphering what distinguishes a good hotel from a mediocre hotel is by looking at how many stars they have been rated with. However, often people may come across hotel that is three stars and receive the kind of service that may differ from another three star hotel - how then can you tell whether the three star hotel you are staying at is actually providing the three star service you have paid for?
The Caribbean islands is renowned for its luxurious atmosphere and relaxed friendly community, therefore it is inevitable that one may come across a hotel that will reflect the islands true nature. When researching the meaning of these stars things become a little bit clearer and people become wiser in what they spend their pennies on. This is really a list of what these star ratings mean and how the Caribbean stands out for their hotel services.
Hotel ratings are not always set in stone, but they are a representation of what is offered coupled with how much they charge you for staying per night. A 1 star hotel will offer a limited range of service, but with a high standard of cleaning. Staff are normally friendly, welcoming and courteous, providing assistance where needed and it is also normal to see a bar or restaurant providing guests breakfast and dinner. Like most hotels there are only a small percentage of the hotels that provide an en-suite bathroom facility, most 1 star hotel has shared bathroom facilities. In the Caribbean a hotel like this may be situated further away from the main tourist areas and will require the guests to find their own means of transportation.
A hotel with a 2 star rating offers much of what a 1 star hotel will offer, only they will also offer more comfortable bedrooms, with a colour TV, en-suite facilities, a wider range of services, often with a lift service, bedrooms with food and drink and a restaurant/dining area.
Assuming that one is looking for more of a luxury appeal for their accommodation, it is no surprise that people would pay the extra to stay in a modern hotel such as a three star hotel, which offers exactly the same as the above do but they are likely to be a much larger establishment with a greater range and quality of service. They are also more formal with a receptionist, a member of staff to respond to your needs, room service with a breakfast service and a laundry service where needed. These are usually reasonably priced and are likely to be situated near the beach in the Caribbean.
A four and five star hotel is more expensive but offer much more on top of what has already been mentioned so far. Bedrooms tend to be more of a superior comfort, with en-suite facilities, spacious formal decor and room 24 hour room service with meals and refreshments. A dry cleaning service is offered and restaurant/bar services are always at a high quality. A five star hotel will have the added touch of having a personal approach of service to their guests and have an air of luxury. Most Caribbean luxury hotels offer more in terms of local musical entertainment, tour guides, local sporting activities and often a spa treatment.
Some hotels, especially in the Caribbean have their own unique style and service to it. The Caribbean offer more of a genuine Caribbean feel to it, in that they offer traditional cuisines, a proper Caribbean entertainment and opportunities to tour some of the most historical areas.
