Being Direct and Honest are Effective Openers When Dating

Did you ever notice a really interesting or beautiful woman that just made you want to walk over and ask if she wanted to dance. Or go for a walk? Why didn't you? Most guys don't believe that women like such a direct approach. We are taught to woo them, compliment them, and make them believe that if they don't wander off with us that very instant they are going to miss out on the opportunity of a lifetime.

Using a very direct approach can work wonders. In the day to day world of total deception, bull, and basic liars and cheaters that we all have to put up with, a little direct honesty can be very refreshing. Walking up to a woman that you want to get to know and simply stating, "I noticed you when you walked in. Would you like to dance?" gives a woman a real chance to understand that you aren't there to put any more deception in her face. So even if you're not the most attractive guy in the room and your bank account isn't padded with complete and total liquid funds, you now set yourself well above every other guy who is going to try to load her up on bull in order to get what he wants.

When you enter into a relationship with a woman, if you can be that honest and direct on a daily basis, whether it's about your needs or how she looks or how you feel, you are already years ahead of most other guys. The honest and direct approach means that women don't have to guess about where you're coming from and whether or not it's a good match for them. In fact, the time you save by being so direct can be used to find the woman who really wants to be around you. Why wait until you're in a relationship to start using honesty to get what you want?

Now, we do have to taper the honesty a little bit. You can try to tell someone that the only thing you're interested in is taking them to bed that night, and it might work. But chances are if you dig beyond you first visceral response, she brings something else out in you other than your equipment. When we look at a woman and are sexually attracted and we immediately wonder what she would look like naked, we are also digging into other areas because no matter how much we claim it is true, we are after more than just an orgasm. Otherwise we wouldn't put ourselves through all of this nonsense and we'd either buy it on the street or just handle it ourselves. So get real with yourself so you can real with women.

While you're busy being really honest, you might actually find that you're not as sexually oriented as you thought you were. It's amazing to watch guys go through all of this junk just to get laid only to find that he didn't get what he really wanted after all. So in your process of being honest and direct, don't forget that the most important person in the room who deserves your honesty is you.

Honest invitations to get to know you often work really well with women who have had experience dating. Sometimes, you have to give a young innocent fish a chance to swim before she recognizes the value in such brute force honesty. But when you approach any woman, and you are honest enough to tell her what you want, be prepared to continue being really honest and up front, whether your relationship lasts the night or the rest of your life. I am talking about a way of being, not an act to get someone from the dance floor to your bedroom.
