Why Choosing A Wedding Car Is Vitally Important

When you are getting married there are all manner of things to consider to ensure that the day is perfect and memorable, not least of these considerations is the type of wedding car you are planning to hire. Having the right hire car will mean your special day has the perfect start; a must, as a wedding day is a major event in anyone's life. Choices of wedding car vary immensely; there are vintage cars, modern cars, themed cars and even tanks. Choosing which type of car to hire depends as much on personal preference as it does budget.

When you are selecting a wedding car to hire it is important to examine your requirements, naturally nobody wants to hire a car that is clapped out piece of junk, even if it can be classed as vintage. Vintage cars in fact give your wedding day that element of elegance that is hard to achieve. Makes of car include Rolls Royce, Daimler, Jaguar and even classic London cabs. The style and beauty of these vintage cars is hard to find anywhere else, only buy utilising one will you ensure you arrive at the church in manner befitting your special day.

It is not however essential to hire a vintage car for your wedding day. There are plenty of modern cars that will bring an element of quality when you arrive at the church. The sleekness of modern cars such as Mercedes and Bentleys make startling alternatives to vintage models. One benefit is the air conditioning that modern cars have equipped, on hot days this can be essential in ensuring you turn up to the church fresh and cool, on days of such high nerves, this can be extremely helpful.

Whether choosing a vintage or modern wedding car to hire on your day a major consideration is to choose an open topped model or not; the choice is entirely yours but the bride may have reservations about having an open topped car, especially if she has spent a fortune on her hair. Hiring an open topped car also makes one huge assumption; that the weather will be perfect on the day of the ceremony. In Britain, this is a rather major assumption due to the inclement weather at the best of times.

If the party travelling with you in the wedding car is rather large it may be worth looking into the hire of a limousine type car. These come in both vintage and modern types and are perfect as they create extra space and a feeling of luxury. If you want your arrival to be a spectacle as your entourage pours out of a classic Rolls Royce, a limousine is essential.

As wedding planners select ever more lavish colour schemes for weddings some may regard it as essential that their car should match the colours used for the dress and in the church. Naturally if you choose bright orange for the colour scheme it is doubtful that you will find a car to match, but with many cars in colours such as deep red and royal blue, chances are you may find a car to match, or at least compliment the colour scheme.

Choosing the right wedding car to hire is essential to make your day special, understandably the family estate or a minicab will not do. Everyone wants a little piece of luxury for their ceremony and with the wide array of cars, both modern and vintage available today, that luxury is accessible for all.
