The MLM industry and personal development are inextricably linked. It is said that Network Marketing is the industry that allows average people to attain wealth. Well, we "average folk" have to grow and expand our knowledge base in order to achieve true wealth. In other words, you gotta fix what is between your ears before you can expect your bank account to grow.
Sounds kinda like bad news, right? You may be saying, "I have to learn something, educate myself, and even change my stinkin' thinking before I can earn money here? That is going to take time that I don't have!" Well, there is good news, in fact more than just a little.
The first is that once you have acquired the knowledge that enables you to attain wealth NO ONE can take that away from you. You will always have the ability to pick yourself up, dust yourself off and start all over again.
Second, it is said to acquire true wealth you must change your mind, but to earn some cash now, you simply must become TEACHABLE. You just need to follow the basic system in place and not deviate from it. You can make a whole lot of money that way - I promise you that! But to reach the top of the top 2% is going to take some work - work that is never truly done.
So what is the simple system? It's the same in every Network Marketing company:
1. Initial Contact (exposure)
2. Simple Presentation
3. Close (make the sale)
4. Followup with newly sponsored person.
5. Mobilize newly sponsored and help them to get paid.
6. Duplicate
7. Leadership Development
Learn to do steps 1-3 and you'll make some money. It's the upfront sales money your company will pay you. You can earn that tonight. Just do it. Don't second guess the system, the presentation or anything else. If others in your company are making money, it's obviously working - so just do it. No idea how to get this done?
